In may I got my first tattoo, the two angels i have on my inner left arm. I took Forever to get the design i finally wanted. Angels have been in my head since i was little and I've drawn them in various places with varying shapes and levels of detailing. I finished my first year of uni and suddenly realised just how important my parents were and how well the angels in my head represented that feeling. So I finished my design and as soon as i drew it on in fineliner as a sort of practice i knew it was exactly what i'd been looking for. And so it became permanent.

Everyone who's been tattooed says its infectious, I didnt believe them... before i got one myself. And it is. So now I'm on the hunt for my next tattoo. I'm a strong believer that a tattoo should not just be picked for its aesthetic appeal and people should feel a real connection with a design before permanently marking their skin with it. So this is not a search of DA or tattoo design websites, i guess its a search of me. What am i marking next? What do I want to show about me? Or remind myself of in future? So I'm sketching a lot. Keys are another thing i've always had in my head but they're something i'd like to use in connection with something, or someone else.

Therefore there may be an influx of tattoo designs or random sketches appearing on here. But when i find mine you may not see it until its on skin!
